Good question from a poster on the Punch TV FB page: 

"Let the record reflect that I am a supporter of Punchtv and do not want to disrespect the intended purpose of this page. But if you are in the business of operating a television network, how do you not know when two of your major market affiliates are not broadcasting. For several week no less."

The response was " That is a fair question. We will answer his question Monday via our attorneys."

Sounds like everything is 'going legal' next week!
