If you look at the FB PunchTV post, it was done from New York City.  Steve stated earlier that he was in NYC for a movie interview I believe.  So, this post on the Punch FB page is from Steve.

We've had a few shareholders state they called Punch and that the PR was REAL. JC did already show up on this board and state the PR was real.  I wouldn't be surprised if Joseph wasn't aware of the Punch FB posting - and I'll be surprised if it stays posted.

It looks like Steve is attempting to play damage control here.  Trust me, I'm long and I hope for the best. But I don't like the way this looks/feels, etc. And, although to say that SS has been unethical may be harsh, he has certainly been misleading.
