More about Elizabeth Ryan in the study I just posted.
Elizabeth Ryan, PhD, is the lead researcher and assistant professor in the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University .
Along with the NIH cancer study, the Dr. is studying how to augment intestinal immune modulation via Stabilized Rice Bran (and Beans) with $1.1 million granted from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. It's a global health research project, titled “Studying How Rice Bran Augments Mucosal Immunity,” that will explore rice bran’s ability to fight off multiple gut pathogens (e.g., Salmonella and Rotovirus) that contribute to the morbidity and mortality of children around the world.
Very Impressive Research, Indeed!
Dr. Ryan is working with SRB supplied by Archer Daniel Midland (ADM) which produces it for RIBT at their Arbuckle, California facility.
