I am an owner of a Corporation and the president. They can hold all the meetings they want but execution comes from the owner ! They can have weekly , monthly , quarterly or annual. It has to be signed and stamped approval by the owner. This all could be a big game....I don't know, but it  doesn't look or sound legal. I guess we all find out later....I just wish Steve would spend some more time here and explain all this to us...
