Hello, I received an email today from Issuer Services that a Caveat Emptor was placed on DUSS stock as a result of a "tip" that a promotion is underway. Please be advised that there is absolutely no promotion being done on behalf of myself, the Company, or any associates of mine. Again, I assure you that no officer or director, past or present, is involved in any "promotion". I plan to take legal action against the entities involved as they are destroying any hopes of a merger or acquisition based on their greed and manipulative behaviors. I have been diligent in communicating with all shareholders regarding my goals for the Company, and still plan to follow through on those. Clearly, any investor should know that there is nothing to promote, no press to be released, nothing positive to report until a merger or acquisition is completed. Please know I will follow through with this. Thank you for your patience, understanding and support, NATALIE
