I remain CEO. There had been no board meeting, no vote and no filings to make a change. This is a fact. The auditor spent 5 days in our Punch offices. They approved the audit and I signed off as CEO and CFO. Which still am. If this release was indeed sent off by JC, this would be a very unfortunate mistake. This was done while I out of town which make the timing suspect a well. My attorneys are acting on this matter and it will be dealt with quickly and severely. T
