They might of agreed on it, but not officially, think it happen in dec., steve was gone in new York and they are knew at about sec stuff, didn't realize it! Steve has most shares and he has to be present, so??? There was no sec filing for change till just now, so, but was filed last summer on this stuff! That dec. pr about punch tv is officially, but it might be when officially finalized after they checked if all ok from aug. aquistion, believe all get due dillengence for a certain time to make sure all good! Dec. pr means acquired for good! So wait for steve!
