The part of that article (or whatever you want to call it) that's got me is where it says "disgruntled" former CEO. Also, I see nothing written in the article that states that Steve is no longer with ICPunch Media.  What is it that Steve is disgruntled about? Also strange is that this all comes out just after the upfronts and the release of the K, which by the way was filed Late! Very interesting indeed....They both put on a great show at the upfronts, acting like two pals!
