EVSV ~ The changes emphasize Enviro-Serv's strategy to build market share by acquiring and developing highly profitable property maintenance companies that offer year round services and cross marketing opportunities. The Company has currently signed LOI's with two service companies and is working aggressively through the due diligence process. In addition, the Company has launched a new subsidiary in the pest control management industry.
