Here's an excellent point from a site that I will never read again.
Line 1 there are strict rules for company releasing news that is not material to the company in efforts to boost the stock price . Kyle is aware of this and will not release news unless it is material. Investors looking for this don't understand the scrutiny of the SEC on this subject.
