Notice of Management Shareholding
JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that Alexey Maslov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, increased his shareholding in the Company’s share capital from 0.002408% to 0.003400%.
Alexey Maslov financed the acquisition of these shares from his own funds.
