I greatly appreciate the Investors Hangout board b

I greatly appreciate the Investors Hangout board because it is not full of penny stock saviors who have no skin in the game laughing at longs telling them they are naive to invest in a penny stock like RFMK, claiming that 99.9% of all penny stocks are just share selling schemes and scams.

Of course penny stocks dilute, they are micro cap start up companies. The reason they become public with no money is so they can raise capital from investors. Thats how it works, see. RFMK has been raising funds this entire year in order to super-charge their growth and get the business goals they have outlined accomplished this year, rather than buying a tiny number of devices, selling those and buying slightly more inventory, rinse/repeat, slowly building a balance sheet. It can be done, but it would take years and the company progress would be at a snails pace. Investors wish to see rapid movement, indeed, "rapid" fire marketing, so that takes money. In order to raise capital, they sell preferred shares for private cash, those investors then at some point later on convert those into common shares and when they sell, typically they sell a great many shares to not only get back their original capital but also attempt to get a return on investment. The common shareholders must deal with this selling along with other selling which could be caused by the company diluting and selling into the public those diluted shares along with other selling from retail and other participants like market makers who wish to no longer make a market in the name, they just get out. This creates downward pressure. Anyone who uses these normal and typical market mechanics of micro cap penny stocks to justify their thesis that the particular penny stock being discussed is necessarily a scam is kidding themselves.

Freedom of speech is one of our greatest freedoms and it is nice to post on a board which allows all viewpoints rather than other boards which censor and kick posters out based on only having positive viewpoints about these kinds of stocks, but when one is constantly making claims that a particular stock or management is engaging in shady business practices, effectively scamming investors, selling shares with no intention of operating a growing business, then those posters are at risk of libel and defamation suits. Period, plain and simple. Its rather nice to post on a board here which does not allow this constant abuse and frowns upon bashing and making claims of scams or illegal activity by management with no proof whatsoever, just opinions, rumor, speculation and gross generalisations. Shame on those who find it amusing to daily rant and rave to shareholders that their investment decisions are poorly conceived, all the while these pathetic individuals have no skin in the game themselves and somehow find it pleasurable to heckle from the sidelines. I say, why not go to the Olympic games and scream and shout profanities from the bleachers at those diving into a pool and see how the rest of the crowd tolerates it.
