GM, they likely have made some office space available for Jason Novacks at the NorthCal facility.  All the news we are expecting will likely flow through NorthCal since it is their team down in Brazil, they are pushing for share reductions, they will supply contracts, and only NorthCal can offer a partnership to HIMR.  So, it makes sense to have the IR guy for HIMR work out of the NorthCal offices.
