IHub admin replies!,,

There has never been a criminal proceeding against iHub, much less a claim of any kind of improper conduct. We have been sued by idiots in civil matters 4 times and we won every time. I can prove that, you cannot possibly support your claim since its flat out false. This criminal thing you are being misleador intentionally ignorant about was something that an individual did and had nothing to do with iHub.

In other words, you are a tool who has been suckered in by false propaganda and rhetoric. I doubt you are man enough to admit that even if it we prove it to you, so feel free to exit the premises since you are not worth the effort to try and educate.

Oh, and tell the SEC that I said hi. We deal with them all the time, but it is always about investigations regarding users like like you, never about us.

iHub Co-Founder Sentenced to 4 Years in Prison

"This was a terrific collaborative effort with our federal, state and local counterparts," said John P. Kelleghan, Special Agent in Charge of Homeland Security Investigations in Philadelphia. "As shown in this investigation, HSI will continue to target those who exploit the world's financial systems to move, store, and launder proceeds gained from their illicit activities."

California man sentenced in Wilmington to four years in stock manipulation case

Judge Sue L. Robinson of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware sentenced Matthew W. Brown, age 27, of Tustin, Calif. to four years in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, and a fine of $50,000 following his guilty plea to two counts of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and two counts of conspiracy to commit money laundering. Robinson further ordered Brown to forfeit $4,798,138 to the United States and barred Brown from working in the securities industry during his term of supervised release.

The federal charges against Brown and his co-conspirators were unsealed in May 2009 in Delaware.

What about it? That was a personal matter that occurredafter he sold his interests in iHub. iHub was never charged or accused of any wrongdoing,

More importantly, what does it have to do with you?

Re: IH Geek [Dave] This Message
Also, I would like to report you for a TOS violation due to disparaging remarks you made about my person. As usual, I would imagine you hold yourselves to different standards than you do your subscribers.

He replied...

iHub is not the topic of any board that is about a stock. That stock is the topic.

There are over 20,000 different boards here and over a million posts every month. We don't have opinions about any of these stocks and cold not care less if they go up, down or sideways, or if users are bullish, bearish or neutral, or of users purport to own the stock or not.

What we do welcome are all opinions since constructive beneficial dialog demands nothing less.

What we do not allow are posts containing off-topic content, such as content about or attacks on other users, since the company is the topic of the board, not the people who post on it.

So, contrary to your assertion, we do not delete posts because they are contrary to our opinions.

Re: IH Geek [Dave] This Message
You suffer each other well enough.

I noticed you asked about that idiot Kennth Eade's lawsuit. You do realize that the court threw out his lawsuit, not only against iHub but also against all of the users we defended - users like you.

http://www.prweb.com/releases/2011/10/prweb8867462.htm

The court saw right through his manufactured lies. And, now he's facing contempt of court proceeds in federal court for his antics. Now, you can choose to believe the lies and rhetoric in his press releases and lawsuit, rhetoric the court tossed out in its entirety, or you can believe ours, which is backed up with actual court judgments and orders. Just sayin....

Re: IH Geek [Dave] This Message
Exactly - I asked about it. At no point did I say it was true or not. I requested clarification.

The response? I was put in iHub jail.

In any civilized discourse, the person who resorts to insults is considered to lose the argument.

That person was you.
