I completely concur with what you say, Kgem. The last thing the central banks in Europe need to do is sell their gold reserves. Those should be viewed as core positions held in interest of all citizens and their cash deposits! It is also worth reading Jim Sinclair's latest comments on the disconnect between the paper markets for gold and silver and the physical markets. I will send that separately. I am baffled and dismayed by the Fed policy of running up the public debt at unprecedented speed. Whatever the difficulties, the Eurozone countries are committed to bringing their public debt under control.
