PMCM - Through January 31, 2013, we did not have any patents, trademarks, licenses, franchises, concessions, and royalty agreements, labor contracts or other proprietary interests. However, with the acquisition of ESMG Inc. and our entry into the entertainment industry we began to also acquire various intellectual property rights post January 31, 2013.
