He joins Sigma from Hewlett-Packard, where he focused on tier one communications service providers, broadcasters and utility companies across EMEA. Prior to HP, Richard was VP Sales EMEA for the OSS Division of Amdocs, where he drove the OSS Division's business expansion across EMEA following their acquisition of Cramer.
