The largest school district in Indiana, Fort Wayne Community Schools (FWCS) educates more than 30,000 students each year and operates 51 schools ranging from pre-K through high school. In an effort to redesign and optimize its HR processes, the school district has embarked on a multi-phased overhaul of its core systems, starting with the areas that bring the greatest return on investment.

For FWCS, the starting point was workforce management.
