I think THAT COOPERATION is the ONLY THING that saves those self-same self-serving SMBs from being named as PARTICIPANTS in the defamations posted!
Time will tell since one of the recent JBI-RETAINED attornies SPECIALIZES in reputation damage cases! Probably one of Kevin Rauber's priorities... aside from the obvious settle-the-SEC-issue, production, roll-out, & uplisting priorities... is to GET MASS MEDIA EXPOSURE for JBI!
THAT MEDIA EXPOSURE would best be done AFTER dealing with all the false allegations made about JB/JBI over the last two years that clutter up google searches.
NOTHING corrects those "blemishes" like a FEW SEVERE JUDGEMENTS against a couple of offenders who have been PROCESSED through the courts!
IMHO judges MIGHT have a different perspective on whether SMB comments "present alternative viewpoints!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" --- or CONSTITUTE LIBEL under Canadian law.
I have an abundance of patience... & popcorn... just AT THE READY should a NEW SHOW begin in some other court room!
