The funding is great but there is no denying the dilution that comes with it. The only way to minimize the dilution is to get the stock price up in a hurry. Higher stock price means fewer shares to sell to LC. So maybe, just maybe JT has another big announcement coming like start of trials, ANDA etc. So until the big announcement comes the dilution (or potential dilution) will weigh on the stock. It least it bakes in a bottom at .07. That is the minimum LC has to pay for their shares.

I don't think Naltrexone or even CFP for one quarter will be enough. We need a big drug approval, successful BE trials, Phase 3 / partner announcement to really move the stock price.
