Wasn't the 9 and 12 well programs suppose be funde

Wasn't the 9 and 12 well programs suppose be funded with the fist two dictating the outcome of the funding.  Were those all for the Brown lease or did that include the Mitchell.  I remember in the CC that Schlesinger said $2.1mm was in place to commence drilling and funds were unlimited if there the first couple produced.  It's like watching a spider build a spiders web.  I would look up the past PR's but their 90% BS to begin with.
