Last year there was an additional series of audits finished Mar 6 apparently required nationwide as part of govt's efforts to stop illegal mines -which dont pay taxes. So from Mar 6 to ship arrival June 9 was 3 months- Bao has to plan ahead for pickup -a return voyage on a bulk cargo sent to the west coast w finished products
