The Company had announced on March 27, 2013 that it had entered into agreements to acquire R.I.G. construction, Inc. and today announced that all contingencies had been removed and the acquisition was completed. Beginning now, R.I.G. Construction will be doing business as a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly traded WindPower Innovations, Inc. Larry Duffy and Steven Vollaro will continue as the controlling officers of the subsidiary after the acquisition.
