I have no idea but Ph3 really isn't important right now. These other products are far more important. If you can make one, you can make them all. Two questions.
Can Elite make their opioid drugs time release, consistent plasma profile etc...
Can Elite make the naltrexone beads the same size and sequestered?
If the answer to both these questions is yes, then likely for each new drug, you only need to really answer the first question or each study. Think about that for awhile
