First, I did not say anything good or bad, I did the math which is not good on a small $80k tranche as it is a 75% discount to market @ .08. However, the discount is not that bad on the higher tranches of $500k which is about 35% discount. Stinky pinkies do the 50% discounted conversions all day long. LPC or CD makes no difference as it is discounted dilutive shares. I guess the bottom line is how much they need to do or will do.
