I question what excuse and what allows the MM's t

I question what excuse and what allows the MM's to continue their BS sixteen months since we briefly sat at a high of .13?  AGAIN: 16 FOCKING MONTHS of a daily manipulation and sinking ship!   A lowered PPS is a lowered PPS no matter the reason for it so I do give a rats arse what the reasons are.  Do you think the MM's would have taken the PPS down to .008 if TECO delivered what was PRd during all of 2012.  Do you think we would be at .008 if they hit the 80-100 BPD by end of March mentioned during the CC?  I wonder how Sean's inbox and voicemail box are doing lately?
