Correct me if I'm wrong and obviously the discount is less as the dollar amount increases..
Transaction example at $80k at .08 cents/shr
Lincoln buys 1mm shares @ .08 = $80k
Elite must give them 2,929,115 shares
Effectively, Lincoln has 3,929,115 shares for $80k = .0204/shr
