i've been thru this b4 .. this is very difficult for the avg *normal* individual out there to understand because most of us will not sell our soul and still value our conscience

but for example .. a DA (definitive agreement re: an acquisition vs a LOI) was 8k'd .. by a fully filing OTC BB co. (whose stock had been successfully cellar boxed by the PROs but whose investors held shares/markers to the tune of the entire float a few X over)

i accessed (via his atty) the ceo of the co. being acquired (which btw was a private co.) .. who shared with me the stories of how first he and his employees were harassed .. and then when that failed how these entities then pursued his private co.s customers .. they were emailed and called and told that his (private) co was doing business with a scam ..

there is a very specific playbook being followed .. with very little deviation

anyone who believes this is *normal* and just some bored folks doing this for yucks .. has their own issues

there is a MASSIVE amount of money at stake here .. it's almost 4 years in the making

PROs' aren't used to losing *CONtroll*

the fake markers vs legit shares .. are getting into no man's land

my hope is that mgmt is not only *aware* but forewarned Crayola of what to expect

after all the cretinous filth has a traceable pattern in play with every other entity that has interacted with JBI

gotta love those *traces* and patterns in play
