$VTPI We had revenues of $535,094 and $1,089,552 for the three and six months ended January 31, 2013 as compared to revenue of $5,791 and $10,425 for the three and six months ended January 31, 2012. The increase in revenues was primarily the result of the License Agreement with Vital Supplies on April 26, 2012. As a result of the License Agreement, the Company has determined that it is the primary beneficiary Vital Supplies, a Variable Interest Entity, and Vital Supplies has been fully consolidated in our financial statements.
