Kgem, guess I'm full of thoughts today, but my understanding of an M OU is kind of like 2 honorable men shaking hands on a deal. If I come to you went a business idea for us to become partners, you may say fine, lets sign an M OU and we will draw up a binding contract at some point. But to agree to this deal, in the menatime we'll have an MOU. But an MOU is really not legally binding. Am I in the ball park on this?
