Kgem, according to your last post, it would appear to me the himr development research team has already accomplished a big majority of the research required to prove to Brazilian authorities the effectivesness and profitability of underwater logging using the Tigerlynk-no need to start from scratch here again. So I believe we are way ahead of acquiring these 2 concessions than most would believe. I think we only need to convince Brazil we have a competent partner in NorthCal, which they probably already know, and that with these 2 concessions nailed down, we can have the Tigerlynk up and running ASAP. Lets get this move to NorthCal done, sign a binding agreement with NorthCal, and announce the concessions and start logging.
