Bashers also conveniently ignore Ca court docs such as this which indicate Geo default in the case-I'm not familiar w Ca procedure and there are a couple of potential loophole games-
as I understand it from CWRN complaint agst Geo the JVA was signed in San Diego- so that gives Calif personal jurisdiction over Geo and its crossover entities-so why Geo would fail to respond for 3 months (and to this day as far as I know) after CWRN filing of Sept 5-
thus the default entered by court below ca Dec 1- CWRN includes various damage amounts in its complaint but not here-normally discovery reveals records-if Geo doesnt respond or refuses court order to produce records,court likely could reward CWRN the items noted in CWRN's prayer and also in the ca 13 causes of action-unless Geo is relying on a loophole-which is a high stakes type of tactic-if thats what they are doing-1 that likely would not void the substantive result but could delay judgment
