An open letter to fellow shareholders,
So as to avoid any confusion and to confirm the status of the Bellevue/Thunderbolt tenements, EEGC can pop holes anywhere they like on the tenements subject only to the rules of work place health and safety and the relevant govt permits to do so exploration can and will be actioned up and until the new court date at the end of July this year .
Make no mistake that what i am saying is correct as it was interesting to hear the Barrister acting for the MRT actually state in court yesterday that these tenements are alive and EEGC VIA GSLM in recievership can do whatever they like with them up until the time the court decides otherwise.
This statement was made in the court and confirms what we have always said the temements are current
IN SIMPLE TERMS WE HAVE A LICENSE TO DRILL .
Sorry to rain on your party but when the Barrister acting for the MRT makes such a statement in is beyond debate so please desist from any further debate about this subject EEGC HAS A LIVE AND CURRENT EXPLORATION LICENSE
Not only did the Barrister for the MRT state that EEGC/GSLM IN recievership that we could drill as the license is alive the Magistrate concurred with the Barrister that this was in fact the situation . To boot the barrister for the MRT in my opinion tried to push the case foward and shot himself in both feet ouch !!,
Now lets observe our friends re butt this lot it is a fact they can not We have a magistrate and we have the Barrister for MRT both stating what is the case in law now go figure you lot !!
