the way it works is longs that can't get shaken out .. get accused of being promoters
i interact with many longs (many of whom rarely post) they can't be bothered .. they see a negative ratio re: posts and zero re: civilized discourse .. forget lies (deliberate or otherwise)
when most with a negative bias can't evolve a discussion beyond one syllable words .. or claim a tech decades in the making with no other co.s on offer that are fully filing and/or publicly trading and resort to denigrating those with an investors' mentality (reasonable/realistic time lines and known risk tolerances) then there is no way a *discussion* is ever possible
realize their *goal* is to *target* an investors' emotions .. so they can be picked off
it's totally psychological in nature and almost always has some success (legit sells garnered) based on a low volume compressed downward pps
the hypocrisy on offer is breathtaking .. one entity promotes a perceived (real/imagined) competitor whose timeline doubles that of JBI .. .another pushes a co. that neither files (nor is registered) with the Sec .. and another co. (fully filing on the NAZ) came public via an IPO and has a burn rate far higher than JBI's
what is interesting to me is how very personal this is for some who have never found one positive about JBI
just me but i strongly suspect this entity approached JBI back when the co. first did their r/m looking to do (what i refer to as the dirty) the *usual* >> it's a set up of the co and the stock >> based on JB's control of the stock from the early days .. up thru spring 2012 .. they failed re: their initial intent but presumed that the usual outcome would come to pass .. provided the onslaught could be continued
someone noted today elsewhere re: tortious interference
Tortious interference of business.- When false claims and accusations are made against a business or an individual's reputation in order to drive business away.
while crayola is a private co. they too have corporate legal counsel and i have zero doubts based on what has happened with every co. publicly connected to JBI (as in harassment of) crayola was forewarned by JBI's mgmt .. how ironic that emails can be *utilized* to source identities if necessary
the blatant garbage that passes for normal is sickening and it comes down to $$$$$$ and lots of it
make no mistake
