The odds are good Mayhem. Once the SEC starts an investigation, the evidence dictates where the investigation goes and who is the target. What we don't yet know is why William started stepping down as CEO of many of his companies --- was this the reason? If William was aware of an investigation, he likely stepped down in an attempt to cover his tracks.
The question I have, and MMTE investors should be asking, is why hastn't William stepped down from MMTE? Is MMTE already so dead that William did not think it mattered? Or, couldn't William find anyone interested in running MMTE given the share structure and zero concessions? Shareholders should be so pissed right now that they should be ready to explode. Yet, many of the moderators on IFlop and their pumper companions blame anyone who tried to warn and provide proof of what was going on. To this day they are in denial.
