So as  to avoid any confusion and to confirm the status of the Bellevue/Thunderbolt tenements,  EEGC can pop holes anywhere they  like on the tenements subject only to the rules of work place health and safety and the relevant govt permits to do so  exploration can and will be actioned up and until the new court date at the end of July this year .

Make no mistake that what i am saying is correct as it was interesting to hear the Barrister acting for the MRT actually state  in court yesterday that these tenements are alive and EEGC VIA GSLM  in recievership can do whatever they like with them up until the time the court decides otherwise.
This statement was made in the court and confirms what we have always said the temements are current

Sorry to rain on your party bashers but when the Barrister acting for the MRT makes such a statement in is beyond debate  so please desist from any further debate about this subject EEGC HAS A LIVE AND CURRENT EXPLORATION LICENCE
