Pizza Fusion Master Franchisor, Samir Group, Inc. has signed an agreement with Food Fusion Est. to open up to 25 Pizza Fusion locations throughout the United Arab Emirates. The UAE area development deal requires Food Fusion Est. to open 10 restaurants over the next five years and five more locations the following five years. After the first 15 locations have opened, Food Fusion Est. has the option to open an additional 10 Pizza Fusions in the remaining term of the deal.
Amir Mahasseny is the President of Food Fusion Est. and has 24 years of experience setting up, running and restructuring several retail and distribution companies with full P&L responsibility. Food Fusion's agreement takes advantage of Samir Group's aggressive plans to open 40 Middle East locations over the next five years. Since first introducing Saudi Arabia to Pizza Fusion, Samir Group has opened eight of the organic restaurants to date.
