(OTC Markets: ATWT), a US-based child safety company, today announced that ATWEC and National Bus Sales & Leasing (NBSL) have entered in a Letter Of Intent agreement to partner together to deliver ATWEC Kiddie Systems life saving technology into the bus markets.

The agreements between ATWEC and NBSL are to give the group master distributions rights for the Kiddie Systems Products throughout the bus industry. ATWEC will maintain its product brand. Pricing for the product is based upon 5000 piece levels for both products. The agreement will be revisited each year for evaluation. Overall ATWEC can begin to forecast annual revenues that will meet or exceed 1 million dollars when these units' levels are achieved.
