LAS VEGAS , April 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Mindpix Corporation, (OTC Pink: MPIX) is pleased to announce the company received notice today from the Depository Trust Company, "DTC" which stated, "The Deposit Trust Company has determined to lift the Deposit Chill and has resumed accepting deposits of the Issue for depository and book-entry transfer services."
The company wishes to thank to Mr. Simon Kogan , from New York City NY, the specialized legal counsel for his diligence with the Counsel of the DTC and Mindpix Corporation to resolve the DTC Chill matter. The company would also like to thank their securities counsel, Jonathan D.
