Calm down, you just blew it out of proportion re that upfront sh party.  First of all SS insisted that was not a share holder’ party early on, at best it was a informal meeting on the 3^rd floor that night; and I was sitting right next to SS and his gf Angela.  There were nothing secret or earth quacking being discussed. I vaguely remembered airport  revenues being discussed,  nothing really new at all.  By now you should know SS, who is very careful not to give any info that would be considered illegal or insider info favorable to the investors.  Lots of investors asked for a hint re future rev or prospect, he never says anything or giving us any favors.  Reason is obvious now after 10 K, the rev is pathetic so far, so what to talk about?

We cannot ask tough questions because we don’t know much about financial numbers before 10 K was published.  You are doing better than me in trading this stock because I did not sell any before it fell on Monday; still holding big chunk of PNCH.
