(1) whether the proposed Settlement with JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates ("JPMorgan"), including a $100,000,000.00 (one hundred million) Distribution Cash Payment to the Settlement Class, should be approved by the Court as fair, reasonable and adequate; (2) whether JPMorgan should be released from all claims and potential claims, as set forth in the Settlement Agreement dated as of March 19, 2013; (3) the reasonableness of the application of Lead Counsel for the payment of attorneys' fees and expenses incurred in connection with this Customer Class Action Litigation, together with interest thereon; and (4) the reasonableness of the Trustee's Plan of Allocation.
