I apologize to all board members for the lengthy and detailed HIMR recap provided today, but the information is important in my opinion, and must be viewed in context. This recap brings us to the financials just released.
In my opinion, HIMR is the most exciting company I have ever been invested in, and to think that investors can still buy shares for .0002 is astounding. Many sub-penny pink sheet companies talk a nice story, but few carry through. In Hollund's case, they not only are carrying through, they are be carried forward by a well established and highly profitable company with a world-wide sales and distribution network placed at Hollund's disposal. It is important to understand that the goals and accomplishments Hollund has met in recent months is not just some notion HIMR management intended to meet. Instead, these goals are mandated or required as part of a partnership or business arrangement with North Cal Wood Products. North Cal is actually guiding Hollund's development, and aiding in any way they can. How many other sub-penny companies can make such a claim? How many others can claim such accomplishments in so short a time?
HIMR is at the threshold right now of a very exciting time --- the birth of and development of an exciting company and revolutionary technology that even your children can and likely will say they are proud you invested in. HIMR may soon change our world, since no living trees are killed or destroyed in this industry, and green house gases are reduced substantially by submerged tree removal.
Perhaps one day your children too will once again view and enjoy true old growth forests as our ancestors did when they first came here. And, HIMR may be part of the reason they can have such a view.
