I am a tournament fisherman & charter captain, so it is crucial that I keep my boat
looking like new at all times. Now that I’ve discovered the Mariner’s Choice line of
products, my maintenance routine has become worlds easier. Mariner’s Choice is, hands
down, the best line of marine maintenance products available. Mariner’s Choice not only
outperforms the other brands, but it does this without using harsh chemicals that can
damage your eyes, your skin, the gel coat on your boat, or the environment. This is really
an amazing product line.
The products I currently use are the Bilge Cleaner, Deck Cleaner, the On & Gone Stain
Remover, and the Wax. Every one of these products is at the top of its class in
performance. I wanted to share some of my personal experiences with them:
When I’m fishing for Reds, I like to use blue crabs for bait. I put them in my forward
storage compartment that drains into the bilge. Since there is no access to the bilge,
cleaning and deodorizing it afterward was a significant challenge. Now all I do is pour
the Mariner’s Choice Bilge Cleaner into the storage compartment, which flows through
the bilge and, it clears out 100% of the smelly odor. I’ve never found anything else that
works as thoroughly without using harsh chemical compounds.
The Mariner’s Choice Deck Cleaner is, by far, the best soap I’ve ever used to clean my
boat. I used to spend a lot of time scrubbing stains with bleach. The Deck Cleaner easily
removed the stains the bleach wouldn’t. I also now have peace of mind that I’m not
harming the gel coat on my boat when I use the Mariner’s Choice Deck Cleaner.
There have been a few times that I’ve left my boat in water too long, which left barnacle
growth on the hull. All I do to clean this is spray the On & Gone Stain Remover on the
hull and it literally eats the growth away. I also like to use this product to remove drain
stains off the transom. Just like the rest of the Mariner’s Choice products, there is no
acidic, chemical smell and it does not irritate my skin and eyes like other products I’ve
used in the past.
The Mariner’s Choice Wax goes on effortlessly. All I do is spray it on, wipe it off, and
I’ve got a brilliant, glossy shine and long-lasting protection. This product has saved me a
ton of time because I no longer have to spend hours buffing my boat.
I have been thoroughly impressed with all of the Mariner’s Choice products. You won’t
see me wasting my time or my money using the other brands anymore. I highly
recommend the Mariner’s Choice line of products to anyone who wants to keep their boat
protected and in pristine condition for years to come.
