I've seen some of your posts, but have probably missed quite a few. The list you've provided covers 11 different people and several dealers. I suppose if you talk to Bill (AHS) vs Joe (HYP), they are going to hold competing viewpoints. I think Lindon and Legacy are infrastructure pieces that are in place in the event HTI/AHS begins to make a market. Greensville was a product "give away" so to speak, however, I thought the fleet mgr. was satisfied with the results.
On the other hand you had mentioned in this post that you had talked to 2 others at Highline who, in an earlier post believed in their opinion that the $100 million projection would not be met. I think that is a reasonable conclusion, interesting though that an employee or 2 would put that out there (perhaps morale is becoming an issue). However, carndog's post seems to verify their opinion in 2 of his posts, even he believes that if HTI doesn't get sales going they are "going to miss the boat." I think that is reasonable, too. It seems to me that there would be a spectrum of thought and expression from what Bill v Joe would say or comparing notes from infrastructure "futures" to what was posted by now absent NDA'ers. I imagine you may have talked to Gary Olson down in Florida, it seems there may have been an issue there (per iSuck posting). On the other hand the HTI units seemed to enjoy quite a bit of success on the docks of New England, although that market seems to have gone silent.
Getting back to the HYP v HTI Garden City fiasco, the Washington County Court record per iSuck lists a billing charge from Southern to Mentlick for drafting a cease and desist letter. Just for the record, are you sure that Mentlick owns the technology? There is a couple of different parts there, such as the cpu module and/or design of the electrolysis unit itself. Is it possible that we're talking about 2 different things - say the Wildcat design and the HyImpact design? Not that it would matter if HTI can't create a market or respond to the demand of the market.
Thanks for a response (even if in private) as I plan to be in Springdale in May.
