MDHI Schedule 14C out, $405,000 in debt cancellations with 165 mm warrants cancelled, Profits. Debt reductions. Warrant cancelations. Costco. Coventry. All we need now is to be fully reporting. Good to see they hired a new law firm, accountant and a new auditor to get that done. Looks like that are putting that $330k of new money to good use.
