Yeah I think its all MM.  They may be keeping the price down to accumulate shares for themselves.  Or perhaps they're being used as puppets by some big time investors wanting to keep the price down until some big PR news hits.  I have no clue.  Ill just go with the flow..

If the price goes down even further, I can accumulate many more shares.  If the price explodes Ill throw a party.  Either way, im cool

that too i know Jayreese said a while ago they maybe working on a deal for the use of proper facilities and infrastructure to conduct the trials.  Good call on his part, and its very likely.
