The average investor has been thinking that way or else we would still be at .13. The MM's need to make a market and TECO needs to sustain and improve that market. It's not up to existing shareholders to support the PPS at every turn. It's TECO's job to attract new investors, the PPS goes up and existing investors reap the rewards for being first in line, supportive and loyal. Right now the "loyal and supportive" shareholders have been getting the gold plated shaft since January, 2012. Bull mentioned "his big money buddies are sidelined and waiting". My bet is they have big money because they don't buy at .13 and continue to average down all the way to subpenny while carrying all that risk in the meantime. I'm going to try playing the philosophy of the big boys this time around. If anyone else wants to support the ask and remain the ultimate TECO loyalists; be my guest. I'm holding for now.
