Within Minutes of the Charges News Release 2x before close one was approx 15 minutes and the 2nd was approx 20 minutes, so that's enough time to plan which one to RAID .. IMO 
also there is lots of investors / traders that did complaints vs the Distorts, maybe soon we will see a LAW be imposed, similar to the disclosures we see with the Promotions ? that Day i am waiting impatiently ... lol
