With all due respect..lol i think any neighbouring mine or mexican cartel backed off, they wouldn't even attempt now to disrupt or take down CWRN/PanAm with "Bao Steel" in the Picture, what comes to my mind is a bigger Asian Clan that starts with a "Y" or "T" you don't mess around with those dudes or simply a Big company like Bao Steel

So Bob is well surrounded and the new Pres Mrs.Lee and Sharon are taking care of the business while Bob is taking care of his recent events that will probably show us more details and what kind of corruption some entities or GVNT services we're involved like insider knowledge, deals with another corrupted miner, illegal Short Sales etc...
