Everyone's situation is different. Everyone's risk tolerance is different. Here is how I see it. If I'm buying 50k more shares at .009; that's a cost of $450. Waiting and putting a limit buy in for .015 at the start of a retrace back up will cost $600 with less risk at that point in time so how much is the difference of $150 worth to the individual vs the risk? $150 to buy less risk is worth it to me vs losing more money in TECO. What are TECO's odds of maintaining .009 right now with what we know about? We are all very well versed in TECO so I'll relax a spell and "give it a think"
